- equipments old - bathroom needs to be reviewed. there is no even curtain in shower, water splash everywhere around. - just happened, when i was having breakfast notice that there is a fly in orange juice in my cup (noticed something fell in my cup from main pitcher while taking the juice therefore was looking if its part of orange or something else.) unfortunately fly! Immediately showed to main waiter who is welcoming people to restaurant, reaction is "thank you, taking my cup and doing nothing), at least wanted to see to change main pitcher but no action!!!!! These above are definitely not matching with Intercontinental brand!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff and ideally located and the surplus is that each room has a balcony with a city view and we had a magnificent view ... rooms were really tidy and very comfortable. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great and the wine the waitress recommended was more than we can ask for for quality/price.

Located in the heart of the city centre and right next to the metro station. Easy access to the old city - 10 minutes walk - where you can have a drink or lunch/dinner.

Friendly and helpful staff; very nice and comfortable rooms with a good city view (if on higher floors of course). Very good restaurant facilities.
Additional services come with a heavy price tag. Eg.: Internet usage is charged at 9 euros/h at lobby or 16 euros/day in rooms. Pay tv is 15 euros extra and English programs are limited. Breakfast buffet although very good costed me 105 lei (~20+ euros)
